Alfred hated this he should've known not to go into the headge mazes without someone else... He had bad direction sense, as his Dad had told him. He could barely remember how to get around a small neighborhood, let alone navigate a hedge maze. And the hedges were too tall to see over. Great just great. He walked around frustratedly, the seventeen year old genius trying to make sense of where he was as he came across another dead end and was forced to turn around. Mutttering various things to himself. "Damn I feel like such an idiot..."

Katyuska teared up and started running. Running hurt badly but she still wanted to get out of this maze! She had no clue what possessed her to do this but now she was in a huge maze and couldnt get out. She had to stop and she arched her lower back and something popped. She smiled widely and started running again.
After a few minuets of getting absolutely nowhere, Kat started crying and running.
"Wah!!! Im lost!!!" She cried out real quickly before running into a taller warmer body.

Alfred had not been expecting someone too run into him and the seventeen year old geek looked her over quickly. "Whoa... What's wrong, you lost too?" He adjusted his glasses as he looked her over, not minding that the American flag tattoo on his shoulder was showing for just a moment there as he was preoccupied with other things... He'd always been awkward around the females but this one... Oh god. He tried to fight the blush.

Katyuska was stunned and looked up at the taller person and nodded. "Y-yes...." she sniffled and wiped her running nose with the sleeve of her jacket and held onto herself. Kat looked at him up and down and briefly thought that he was kind of attractive...but pushed that thought aside...guys were bad...very very VERY bad...
She quickly backed up a few steps and looked up at the blue eyes that were hidden behind a pair of wire glasses. "D-do you know the way out of here?" She asked quietly.

"I've always had a bad sense of direction... I'm afraid not. Sorry." He wondered why she seemed so cautious... Why. He was quite frankly a geek and... He didn't think he looked all that scary. So why did she act as if she didn't want to be near him?

She nodded sadly and wiped her eyes...the maze was creepy...why was their even a maze on the school ground?!? It didnt even make any sense to her!!!! Kat looked up at the boy in front of her and tried to calm down. She had never ever been alone with a guy before...the feeling was strange and she didnt like it...every fiber in her being was telling her to run but where would she run to?
"W-well, would you want to try and find the way out with me?" she asked. She would feel bad if she left someone in the maze alone while she found her way out.

"Yeah... That sounds cool, don't got any better ideas... Why not work together." She would soon find though that he insisted on being the leader and even when his ideas were bad he pressed on. He just... His Dad had kept him on a tight leash all his life and he was tired of other people making deicsions for him. Thus his behavior.
