Each complex is on one side of the outer edge of campus. Just before the hedge mazes and surrounding three sides. The abbreviation of the compass direction goes first, then the floor level, then the room number. For example, Gupta's assigned quarters are W-4-12.

W-4-12 (Gupta's Apartment)
Gupta sighed, setting down his suitcases and hung his other clothing, that were on hangers, upon the small hanging sign that read 12 in gold letters. Using the key he had received upon getting his job as Alucara University’s sole Librarian, Gupta opened the large wooden door to his new apartment. Dragging his belongings into the small entry hallway, he looked in to see a small living room. Light beige colored walls and light brown carpet greeted him first; he noticed that there were cream and light green colored curtains hanging on the window.
‘Mr. Jones said that my apartment would be most agreeable; they must work hard to make sure all of their teachers feel welcomed...’
A deep brown colored sofa and two matching armchairs made up the furniture he saw along with a maple coffee table. A small but sturdy matching set of shelves supported a medium sized television, a DVD player and a receiver for the satellite dish. One extra shelf held the various remotes and a pack of batteries. He looked to his left and saw the open archway that led to the kitchen and conjoined dining room. Looking across the living room he saw three doors, all of which were open.
The first led to the master bedroom, he could see the edge of the large bed just poking into view and a darker marble table sitting in front of the bed. The next door led to a medium sized bathroom, travertine tiles being a dead give away. The last was a sliding door that opened up to a small walk-in closet that held an ironing board, an iron, a vacuum and a small set of shelves with various other cleaning supplies. A small hallway branched off, to what he had gathered from the description Mr. Jones had given him, to a medium sized study/studio; and a room with a washer and a dryer.
'I believe I shall like it here at Alucara University...'
((Certain colors and details might change but this is basically it~))
